Welcome to Song and Script Music Store

Song & Script - Toronto's oldest independent music store serving patrons since 1962. We sell songbooks, sheet music, original cast recordings, classical and opera, movie soundtracks, concert DVDs and much more.  This website is being phased out due to computer program changes. As ever, our store is open Monday thru Saturday from 10am  to 6pm or by appointment.  Due to the computer program we use, pricing and availability updates are now impossible.  Therefore, the prices and availability reflected on this website are no longer accurate.  Please call us at 416 923 3044 and we will look after all your music needs or you can email me at dntaylor@rogers.com. Thank you for your continued patronage. Our front page blogs by Dennis Kucherawy will continue to be posted. They are informative and worth the read. For past posts, just hit BLOG and enjoy. Sincerely, Dane Taylor

Louise Pitre

louise

Over the years, since I've been recording, I have to say that Dane Taylor and Bob Sagman of Song & Script have been instrumental in promoting my recordings. Not only mine, but all the worthwhile recordings anyone in my business would care to listen to.

I have always been impressed with their vast knowledge of the musical theatre repertoire as well as other genres but also, and perhaps most importantly, with their enthusiasm and love of the music they sell. I have appreciated their support and informed recommendations to me whenever I've been in their store. It is a gem of a store and I applaud them.

Very affectionately,
Louise Pitre
